One of my favorite shows on t.v. is New Girl with cutely quirky actress Zooey Deschanel. I have always been a huge fan of her fashion style (I love all those cute tea dresses she’s always wearing!) but now I’m really into her home decor style, too! Check our her bedroom in New Girl :

Okay, okay, so I know this is Zooey’s character’s bedroom and not really hers, but I still love it! I’m especially digging the hip blue accent wall and urban brick combination. I decided to put together a little New Girl-inspired bedroom design myself one of my Pure Home boards:
I love how eclectic and colorful the room turned out! I usually avoid using black as an accent color, but I really like how it was used in this bedroom. Maybe I’ll have to consider re-decorating our bedroom with a little New Girl style.
